It was a nicely maintained space, well equipped and enjoyable but I’ve never experienced outdoor cameras/decibel monitors at an Airbnb… we aren’t the kind of guests that would break any of these guidelines. This felt incredibly intrusive and anxiety inducing; don’t think I would book again anywhere with decibel/camera monitoring again. Also for the quality/price of the house, the plastic-y duvet covers were a disappointment.

Thu’s home was even better than the pictures. Very well appointed, clean and had all the amenities you could ever want. We had 4 little kids and they had a blast. They even had plates, toys, crib and nightlights for them. There is a grocery store and restaurants very close. We absolutely would stay here again.
This place is so much fun! The pool is super cool, the backyard is a great place to be inspired, the inside is so cozy and clean, Wifey and I played Mortal Kombat and darts in the game room.
The house was very clean, upgraded and nicely decorated. The pool area has a new deck and it was a very nice area to hang out and cool down in the pool. The house has plenty of activities to keep you entertained.
Nice place! About 20mins away from the night life plenty of things to do! 10/10.

This house is so beautifully designed and well thought of . They think of things that the guests will need and try to put it all in the house . Thu is so easy to reach and will address any questions you might have at all times . The place is so clean and orderly . Easy check in . We had a good time with their swim spa and their outside bbq and fire pit . We will definitely go back .

We had an amazing experience, Thu is an awesome host and the place was great. It was super clean with everything needed for relaxing vacation. Thu was prompt in responding and also went above and beyond to help out. I would highly recommend to experience this place especially with family and small kids.

Beautiful house inside and out, as pictured. Very clean and safe!
The kitchen is well equipped and has all the plates, utensils, pots, spice, coffee ect. We were able to make home cooked meals so easy during our stay. The room was very clean. Host provided basic necessities such as towels, soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. There is also a laundry area.
The yard was also awesome with some activities, pool and jaquzzi.
My son loved the pool and jacuzz! He enjoyed it a lot!
I would highly recommend this home! You won't regret it!!!

We had the most amazing experience staying at House Rising Sun. The Villa is clean and modern, and has everything we need including kid cups, utensils and toys. The FUN in this house is endless. Everything you could think of to keep you entertained during the day and at night. For Gym fans, they have a pull up bar and a waterrower to keep you in shape. Billiard table for adults, foosball for the kids during the day and Mini golf is pretty fun to play with in the evening. The swim spa is a great feature to have for cooling down on a summer day. The jet on the poolside is impressive to keep up with. The view of the backyard is relaxed and breathtaking, kinda reminding us of a summer in Tuscany. When night falls, the firepit keeps us cozy. All the bedding is so comfortable. The bathrooms are super clean which is very important to me . Kid's room is charming! My kids enjoy this house thoroughly and so do I. Definitely want to come back when we are out here in the desert.
